The stunning sunsets viewed from the balcony are to die for! We feel completely relaxed from the moment we arrive. It is a brilliant location for family holidays with a choice of child friendly beaches and excellent restaurants.It is a wildlife haven and provides a wide range of activities, places to visit and sports particularly golf. It is 5 mins drive from the Jack Nicklaus designed championship golf course at Machynys Golf and Country Club, there are a further 16 courses in a 30 mile radius.
It is easily accessed from the M4 motorway, there is 1 designated parking space with further visitor parking available. Bike storage sheds are available and a lockable garage for bikes can be provided on request.
A Visitor Centre is situated 4 minutes walk from the penthouse and the staff are very helpful.
Beaches
As well as the sandy beach on the doorstep, the 7 mile long blue flag beach Cefn Sidan Sands, at Pembrey Country Park is 20 mins drive away. It is a 30-40 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of the Gower, which include Rhossili, Mewslade Bay, Three Cliffs Bay, Caswell Bay (our favourite) and Langland Bay.

Pembrey Country Park has a dry ski slope, toboggan run, mini railway, nature trails, cycling and horse riding.
Trostre Parc Shopping Centre is just 8 mins drive away, it has been expanding rapidly and now has a 24hour Tesco, M & S, Debenhams, BHS, Next, Comet, TKMaxx, Accessorize, Outlet, HMV, JJB Sports, B&Q, WH Smith and more to come. There are also McDonalds, Pizza Hut and other eateries.
Llanelli Leisure Centre has 2 swimming pools, Fusion gym, squash courts, sports hall for badminton and trampolining.
