The cottage enjoys uninterrupted views of the estuary from the garden, living area and two of its three bedrooms. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, beautiful Presselli mountains and gorgeous sandy beaches for which the county is renowned are all within an easy drive from the cottage.
Fowborough Cottage is located in the grounds of East Hook Farm and has its own terrace, garden and ample off road parking. It has been sensitively restored to provide comfortable, spacious accomodation for up to six people. It also offers secure storage for bikes, wet suits, surf boards etc in a nearby outbuilding.
A former cartshed, the single-storey, open-plan living area has oak flooring throughout and comprises a comfortable sitting room with wood burner, dining area and newly fitted kitchen. Three floor-to-ceiling arched windows open onto the terrace and lawn with views to the estuary. A door from the kitchen gives access to a panelled hallway and twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
