Occupying 20 kilometres of coastline on the Burry estuary, Llanelli, the Millennium Coastal Park overlooks the spectacular Gower Peninsula. It features a unique array of attractions linked together by a stunning 22km traffic-free coastal path/cycleway stretching from Pembrey Country Park to The National Wetland Centre of Wales at Penclacwydd.

The newly opened Discovery Centre is a landmark building, providing a focal point for the MCP and North Dock developments. There are activities for everyone from cycling to bird watching to walking to sailing. The Millennium Coastal Park attracts over one million visitors a year, making it one of the most popular tourist destinations in Britain.
